I used to bring my car, along with both my parents cars, to this business. Recently it was purchased by someone else and the price went up & the quality has plummeted. How difficult is it to wipe down a dash board? Is it really that hard not make the windows streaky? Plus, when I got in my cra after it's last wash there I noticed a round piece of white plastic on the front passenger seat. It belonged on the front bumper, but not any longer it seems, since it no longer clips in. It's a $3 piece of plastic that will cost $45 to prime & paint. Classic suggested it must have fallen off in the blower, or perhaps another time? Well then, if it happened another time how did it end up on my front seat? They thought I should buy some silicone & try fixing it myself. I'd have been happy f they offered me some free washes, alas, they did not. I ended up wiping my interior down myself in the end, & now I'll take my 3 cars elsewhere. YOU SHOULD TOO!
